Product introduction
YE2 series three-phase asynchronous motor conforms to the GB 18613-2012 "small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motor energy efficiency limits and energy efficiency rating" in the provisions of the 3 grade efficiency standards. At the same time, it also conforms to the IEC60034-2008-30 standard IE2 energy efficiency rating.
It's design of improving the efficiency is in line with the requirements of energy saving put forward by the state for the industry of production and manufacturing.
Advantages summary
YE2 series motor mounting dimensions conform to IEC60034 standard, with the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low noise, high protection grade and insulation grade etc. It is widely used in fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors and transport machinery, driving general-purpose machinery and equipment. It also can be used in place of petroleum, chemical industry, iron and steel, mining and in other relatively poor environment.
Site conditions
YE2 series motors can be used in most occasions and environments. The motor's standard operating
condition is -20 degrees C to +40 degrees C, 1000 meters above sea level.
Temperature rise and insulation
The insulation design of the motor is according to F grade(155 degrees C), and the insulation assessment
is according to B grade (80K). The motor's useful life and reliability are guaranteed.
Cooling and ventilation
The standard cooling method is fully closed self fan cooling (TEFC). The standard motor conforms to the
provisions of 60034-6 IC411 in IEC with auxiliary flow plastic fan.
Level of protection
The protection level of the motor is IP55. The motor can be used in the dust or wet environment. We can also provide a higher level of protection of the motor basing on customer's requirements.
Motor protection
According to the requirements of the customers, PT100, PTC winding, bearing temperature measurement
and other protection device can be installed.
Voltage and frequency
The standard motor is 380V/50HZ. 50Hz motor can be designed in the range of 200~660V arbitrary
voltage. In the case of power supply voltage deviation from the rated voltage of + 5%, it can still be in good operation.
Vibration
YE2 series motor at no load vibration speed level is in line with the class A. We can provide the motor of
class B, if any special requirement.
Quality assurance
We strictly comply with the quality procedures from designing the product to finishing the product according
to the IS09001 quality certification system.
Motor's model type is made up by code and specifications of the products of two partially lined,according to GB/T 4831 mode

The normal work of the motor basic conditions:
(1) the altitude does not exceed l000m;
(2) the highest air temperature does not exceed 40 ºC; Minimum ambient air temperature was minus 15 ºC;
(3) the wet month average high relative humidity is 90% and the month average minimum temperature is not higher than 25 ºC;
(4) power frequency 50 Hz + l %;
(5) Rated Voltage: 380V .
working voltage range is not greater than the rated voltage + / - 5%;
(6) motor quota of continuously S1.
